For the 2024 edition of Art in Odd Places (AiOP) in NYC, the Bureau of Noncompetitive Research presents Curating the Collection, a performance where we provide acts of care as public action. With the festival’s theme of CARE, we’re here to help other participating artists (and event organizers/curators/volunteers) with myriad tasks connected to the works shown, including being devoted audience members for the three days of this infiltrating public performance event.
